Instaling BPC RiskManager Database on SQL Server 2000

1. Make a server login id (BPC RM on SQL2000)
2. Make the database (BPC RM on SQL2000)
3. Restore the database access IDs (BPC RM on SQL2000)
4. Set up the initial user IDs
